And to elaborate more on gustabo's comment above - Yeah, USB device limit and hidden 'ghost' device could be contributing to the problem. Since a fresh install of Windows 10 has to build connectivity points from scratch, I have a feeling that it might actually be more particular about USB ports & devices than an 8x to 10 upgrade might have been. Name-brand powered hubs have solved most of my connectivity issues. (Even a case or two of the device showing up in Device Manager, but not functioning properly). Also, if connecting thru a USB hub, make sure it's a properly functioning powered hub ~ I've seen lots of issues with USB connectivity in the past that were ultimately attributed to poorly functioning hubs.
FWIW ~ Don't forget to put the Nano controllers into Sonar control mode - might make a difference.
